Mr. Beggs is an Associate Partner at Deloitte & Touche Inc. with over 20 years of work experience in auditing and financial advisory work. During these years Bruce has worked with a number of government and crown corporations with experience reviewing financial service operations as well as expertise in all areas of financial restructuring. Mr. Beggs has been involved in international consulting engagements, corporate finance, viability assessments, monitoring assignments and forensic investigations. Prior to joining the Financial Advisory Group, Bruce had seven years experience in public accounting with a focus in the areas of auditing, accounting, finance and taxation matters.
Mr. Beggs is a graduate of Queen's University with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree, is a Chartered Accountant and a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Practitioner. Bruce will be guiding Thermalfrost on all financial matters.
Cornell University graduate Ron Bulmer is currently operating a consulting business focusing on seafood industry needs in the marketplace and government policy. Prior to this, for almost 25 years he worked for the Canadian seafood industry as President of their National Trade Council. This sector harvests about 45% of the fish and shellfish in the Canadian zone, and processes and markets Canada's seafood production both domestically and internationally.
With his many years of advisory experience in various board positions, Ron is guiding Thermalfrost in terms of understanding and meeting the needs of the fishing industry.
Roy has over 20 years of leadership experience in component engineering, manufacturing operations and supply chain management. Prior to his current role he was VP of Operations & Product Development at DNA Genotek Inc., and held Director and VP level positions at Nortel Networks and JDS Uniphase. Roy also co-founded Sunstrum Hanel & Associates, a consultancy which has helped more than 30 companies in various markets to solve execution challenges and enable sustainable growth.
Roy's advisory role with Thermalfrost will contribute to effective execution of the business plan.

Beginning his career in the energy sector over 25 years ago, Steve became Thermalfrost's first President in 2007.

Reflecting Steve's values, Thermalfrost was born globally and maintains this international mindset.
Steve oversees all Thermalfrost operations with a vision to satisfy the world's cooling requirements thermally. To do so, technological development will continue to be inspired by end-users and the marketplace ensuring our suite of products and services fulfill real customer needs.
Steve is a University of Ottawa Graduate in Marketing and International Business.
